Grant Reporting Instructions

Please review the following directions to access the Foundation's online reporting system.
Login to your account
- Access the account login page at McKnight's online application system.
- Select "I am a returning online applicant" and click the "Continue" button.
- Login with the email address and password used to establish your account.
- Click on the "Requirements" link, located near the top of the screen.
- Click on the appropriate reporting form.
Complete the Reporting Form
- You can navigate between pages by clicking "Next" (at the bottom of each screen) or by clicking the page number (at the top of each screen).
- If you are unable to complete the entire report, you have the option of saving your work and completing the report at a later time.
Save & Finish Later
- At the bottom of each page is a "Save & Finish Later" link.
- You will be brought to your "My Account Page" where you will see the name of the report and the date it was last updated.
- When finished, click the "exit" button. You will be automatically logged out when you close your web browser.
When you are finished
- Click on "Printer-Friendly Version" in the upper right-hand corner if you want to print a copy for your records.
- To submit your finished report, navigate to the last page. Click "Review & Submit" at the bottom of the page. Review to make sure you haven't forgotten anything.
- If you have omitted any required information, you will be notified at this time.
- Click on the "Submit" button. The report will be sent to McKnight and routed to your program officer.
