Application overview

  1. Review our multiservice program guidelines and application instructions.
  2. Preview our multiservice application.
  3. When ready, start a new application at right.

We have one annual deadline for proposals in support of multiservice organizations. The 2011 application deadline has passed. Next year's application will be available in spring 2012.

Strategy overview

The Foundation defines multiservice organizations as those that provide broad services with a focus on families and individuals; increase understanding of how to best support families in the context of their geographic or cultural communities; are embedded in a neighborhood or neighborhoods; and engage and empower families in multiple ways.

When applying for funds, we invite grantseekers to highlight key connections to McKnight's other regional goals for livable communities and access to opportunities, such as thriving neighborhoods, affordable housing for all, and robust public transit.

We encourage you to call the Foundation at 612-333-4220 to discuss your ideas with a program officer and to learn more about the strategies we're pursuing.
