Linda Riddle, executive director of the Domestic Abuse Intervention Programs in Duluth, and Renee Tomatz, the founder of the Family Investment Center, a local social service organization in Hibbing, were two of six Minnesotans to receive 2009 Virginia McKnight Binger Awards in Human Services during ceremonies in Minneapolis on Thursday...
