St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman and Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak will be in Detroit on Thursday to accept a grant of up to $16 million for affordable housing and small business aid along Twin Cities transit routes such as the proposed Central Corridor Light Rail Transit line.
