TaMicá Tody joined McKnight in September 2024 and servees as Executive Team Coordinator, Office of the President. In this role, TaMicá provides high-level administrative support, coordination, project management, and ensures the smooth functioning of the executive’s office by facilitating effective executive leadership. She also helps plan and execute various organizational events and logistics on behalf of the Foundation.
TaMicá brings more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. Prior to joining McKnight, she served as the executive assistant/executive writer for Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County, and as a client engagement manager for The Diversity Connection. She previously held positions at the Stairstep Foundation, Tubman Center, and the Minnesota Twins. TaMicá is a strong believer in the power of partnership and collaboration, and is deeply committed to being a good steward, respecting others, and promoting equity. TaMicá enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, and checking out live music.
