Justin O’Carrick joined McKnight in April 2022 as an accountant with the Finance team, and was promoted to senior accountant in October 2024. In this role, Justin primarily oversees the Foundation’s accounts payable process. He also maintains the Foundation’s financial records, conducts financial reporting, and supports the annual audits, budget, contracts, and tax filings. Justin has worked in service to McKnight since November 2020 as a contract accountant, and helped manage a critical, institution-wide transition to the Foundation’s new financial management system.
