Annaesia Rogers joined McKnight in February 2026 as an accounting specialist on the finance team. In this role, Annaesia supports financial accounting operations at the Foundation. Her responsibilities include accounts payable and supporting annual audits, budgets, and tax filings.
With more than eleven years of experience in financial accounting, six of which were for nonprofits and foundations, Annaesia brings valuable knowledge to this key role on McKnight’s Finance team.
Annaesia holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Mary’s University, where she double‑majored in Accounting and Business Administration. She is passionate about financial literacy and enjoys helping others feel more confident in their financial lives.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Annaesia solving a good puzzle or enjoying a great meal with her family.
