As McKnight’s Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator, Jordan supports the day‑सेवा मेरे‑day operations that keep our sustainable headquarters running smoothly. He coordinates and oversees facility maintenance, safety, and operational needs across the building—working closely with vendors and partners, supporting staff and guest experience, and ensuring our spaces, systems, and shared environments are well maintained, safe, and responsive to evolving organizational needs.
The owner of a small facility maintenance company, Jordan is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. Jordan joined McKnight’s Facilities and Guest Services team as Facilities Associate in October 2022, bringing over a decade of experience in maintenance, operations, customer service, and office management.
Jordan previously supervised the maintenance operations for three assisted living facilities, training and managing a team and contractors while building relationships with the residents. Prior to that he was the office manager for a growing massage therapy practice, where he was responsible for everything from customer service and marketing to licensing and compliance.
