Jordan Smith joined the McKnight Foundation’s Facilities and Guest Services team as facilities associate in October 2022. In this role, Jordan ensures that McKnight’s offices and equipment are functional, safe, and well maintained, so that staff, board, and guests have the space and tools they need to work effectively.
The owner of a small facility maintenance company, Jordan is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. He joins McKnight with over 10 years of experience in maintenance, operations, customer service, and office management.
Jordan recently supervised the maintenance operations for three assisted living facilities, training and managing a team and contractors while building relationships with the residents. Prior to that he was the office manager for a growing massage therapy practice, where he was responsible for everything from customer service and marketing to licensing and compliance.
Jordan and his family live in Coon Rapids. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, swimming, boating, traveling, and visiting state parks.
