Ang pondo ng McKnight Foundation ay nagtataglay ng 11 Regional Arts Councils (RACs) ng estado, na itinatag ng Minnesota Legislature noong 1977 upang hikayatin ang lokal na aktibidad sa sining at pangkultura sa buong estado.
