Dorothy Wickens joined McKnight in August 2012. During her tenure, Dorothy has worked in a variety of departments, including communications, human resources, and programs, with the majority of her time in grants management. Dorothy has been the grants manager since February 2020. In this role, she oversees grantmaking processes across all programs, manages the use of the Foundation’s grantmaking database, and supervises program team administrators. Dorothy brings a passion for equity-focused process improvement to her work.
Dorothy has served on the local chapter committee of PEAK Grantmaking since 2017. She has a bachelor’s degree in government from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.
