Step 1: Review the overview section in the Meeting Spaces page, paying particular attention to the room in which your meeting will be held.
Step 2: Complete the Guest Meeting Worksheet and send it to the Meeting, Event, and Administrative Assistant as soon as possible.
Step 3: Check in with the Meeting, Event, and Administrative Assistant at least a few days before your meeting and provide a list of attendees to the receptionist.
