Additional Information

We are pleased to share our offices with you and want to provide the best services possible. To help ensure your meeting goes smoothly, please follow these three steps.

Step 1: Review the overview section in the Meeting Spaces page, paying particular attention to the room in which your meeting will be held.

Step 2: Complete the Guest Meeting Worksheet and send it to the Meeting, Event, and Administrative Assistant as soon as possible.

Step 3: Check in with the Meeting, Event, and Administrative Assistant at least a few days before your meeting and provide a list of attendees to the receptionist.

What to Expect

Signage & Check In

We can provide signage on our fourth floor welcome board. Please indicate what you would like the sign to read on the Guest Meeting Worksheet.

All guests of the Foundation sign in at the front desk and wear a visitor pass while they are here. For meetings with over 10 attendees, please provide the receptionist a list of attendees to help expedite the check-in process.

Food and Beverages

McKnight can provide coffee, tea, water, juice, and soft drinks. Please indicate your selections on the Guest Meeting Worksheet.

You are welcome to order catering from a vendor of your choice. You can also view a List of Recommended Caterers. If your catering will be delivered, please let us know the name of the caterer and what time it will arrive on the Guest Meeting Worksheet.

If you would like to serve alcoholic beverages at your meeting, you must discuss your plans with the Meeting, Event, and Administrative Assistant as soon as possible prior to your meeting. We require that you complete a Liability Release and Indemnity form.

Photocopies and Print-outs

We ask that you please come to your meeting with all necessary materials prepared and copied.

Office Closure

In the rare event of an unexpected office closure due to snow or other hazardous weather, the Meeting, Event, and Administrative Assistant will notify you.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of a fire, severe weather, or other emergency during a meeting, attendees will be instructed to evacuate by a McKnight-designated floor monitor. For more information, view the Foundation’s Emergency Action Plan.
