Additional Information

We are pleased to share our offices with you and want to provide the best services possible. To help ensure your event goes smoothly, please follow these three steps.

Step 1: Review the overview section in the Meeting Spaces page, paying particular attention to the room in which your meeting will be held.

Step 2: Complete the Guest Meeting Worksheet or Guest Reception Worksheet depending on your event type and send it to the Guest Services and Administrative Associate as soon as possible.

Step 3: Check in with the Guest Services and Administrative Associate at least 3 business days before your event.

What to Expect

Covid Protocol

The health and safety of everyone entering our space is our highest priority. As of January 1, 2023, McKnight Foundation requires all employees, guests, contractors, and vendors entering McKnight’s offices to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or have a negative Covid test within 72 hours of entering our space. Guests will be asked to attest to their vaccination status or negative test upon arrival at our office. Masks are recommended in public spaces, including lobby areas, hallways, and restrooms.

Signage & Check In

We can provide signage on our fourth floor welcome board. Please indicate what you would like the sign to read on the Guest Meeting Worksheet or Guest Reception Worksheet.

All guests of the Foundation must sign in. Visitors are required to wear a visitor or name badge while they are in the space.

Food and Beverages

McKnight can provide coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks. Please indicate your selections on the Guest Meeting Worksheet or Guest Reception Worksheet.

You are welcome to order catering from a vendor of your choice. You can also view a List of Recommended Caterers. If your catering will be delivered, please let us know the name of the caterer and what time it will arrive on the Guest Meeting Worksheet or Guest Reception Worksheet.

If you would like to serve alcoholic beverages at your meeting, you must discuss your plans with the Guest Services and Administrative Associate as soon as possible prior to your meeting. We require that you complete a Liability Release and Indemnity form.

Photocopies and Print-outs

We ask that you please come to your meeting with all necessary materials prepared and copied.

Office Closure

In the rare event of an unexpected office closure due to snow or other hazardous weather, the Guest Services and Administrative Associate will notify you.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of a fire, severe weather, or other emergency during a meeting, attendees will be instructed to evacuate by a McKnight employee.
